Failed to integrate IE7, WLM8.5, NET Framework2.0

I want ask that these applications (IE7, Windows Live Messenger 8.5, Net framework 2.0) put under hotfix, addon page?

Required to extract them or what ?

I just put those EXE files under hotfix page, then process it, errors occured.....

I saw the FAQ provided by official that just only integrate entire IE7 EXE file into the page, just only that. But an error message occured seem like a message contained commands and its' descriptions... I don't understand.

For Windows Live Messenger and Net frame2.0, I don know at all. Just import EXE files only?
