UI2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Hey All -Integrated the latest Intel SATA drivers both in text and pnp mode for the T60 and T61 into our gold XP pro disk. Created a new CD and installed it on a T41 (older laptop and IDE of course) and sysprep'd it. I Did a sysprep.exe -bmsd first. Ran the the Sysprep GUI selecting mini setup and detect non pnp hardware. The sysprep took about 30 minutes. Converted it to a .WIM. Used WinPE to drop it down to a T61, at first launch, got the Stop 7B error? Any ideas of what went wrong?
scankurban Posted October 10, 2007 Posted October 10, 2007 I think your problem in sysprep.inf.Put your drivers into "c:\drivers\intel" directoryadd these lines to sysprep.inf.Run first sysprep.exe -bmsd[sysprepmassstorage]PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2653&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C1&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C5&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2681&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2821&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2829&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2922&CC_0106 = "c:\driver\intel\iaahci.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_282A&CC_0104 = "c:\driver\intel\iastor.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2822&CC_0104 = "c:\driver\intel\iastor.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C6&CC_0104 = "c:\driver\intel\iastor.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2682&CC_0104 = "c:\driver\intel\iastor.inf"PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C3&CC_0104 = "c:\driver\intel\iastor.inf"
