Windows activation -huh?

So I installed XP as usual and found out I can't use Windows Update, it sh*ts me with some activation impossible stuff... Did I remove something I shouldn't had? Any ideas?

Only thing I can think of is you removed the component or disabled it. Depends how far you went with nLite (Which I assume you used because you posted in the nLite section). Probably best to go back through your last session and double check everything you did imo. Make sure you didnt check to remove anything that might disable (or even remove) WU.
