DVD COMBO NOT WORKING

I have a Samsung DVD combo, which i bought 1 years ago, i got 6 month's warranty.

Before 1 day i watched a film but suddenly when i insert a dvd 2day, "shocked" it's not working. when i insert a cd then it will read it fine. But unable to read DVD.

What's wrong!?

Try to clean the lens first, if that doesn´t help your drive is bad or your Windows OS has gone bad...

yes, i cleaned lens, but not worked.. , you said that windows OS could creat that problem. Is it ture that if windows gonna bad than this could happen

Just check it first in an other PC...
