Hibernate Login Problem

I faced problem of hibernation, when windows hibernate in the laptop then i try to loging computer didnot logon just splash login screen and stay on user picture.

I cant go into windows and the only way its to restart laptop.

Yeah, I experienced this issue twice.

That sounds like Windows bug.
