printing preferences issue

Hello

when I try to open Printing preferences for printer i have the following error message:

0x0000005) Some or all property pages may not be displayed.

Does anyone know how to solve that ??

Is this a network or local printer? I've seen this error before...I had to manually uninstall and reinstall the printer.
