teerim Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Hello I just wanted to know if im doing something wrong. Well ive been using nlite and its been working flawless for me. Just got my copy of Vista yesterday and now I wanted to make my own unattended install plus removal some components I dont need. My problem is, when vlite is done finalizing, I check my vista folder, and it still shows me thats its 2.8 gig large. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. Thanks.
mara- Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 It is normal if you, when applying changes, selected in vLite "Just apply the changes". You need to select "Apply and rebuild" to get smaller size. In this way vLite will rebuild and save only selected OS version.Cheers
