Raid 0 with a Intel ICH6 only chipset

Here is the mobo i have Intel i915P+ICH6 LGA775 http://www.epox.com/USA/product.asp?id=EP-5EDAI

I have 2 Serial ATA Seagate 250 g hd

I have been tiring to figure this out for 2 long days

Or am i going to have to get a Raid controller card or is it

possible to use window xp os to configure a Raid 0 array?

I don't care if i install the OS on the drives before i configure the raid array.

Please Help im quite green when it comes to this

In BIOS set the SATA controller to RAID.

@nitroshift - He can't do that. He's only got the ICH6 chipset, not the ICH6R. As far as I know, you can't setup RAID0 for a Windows system drive without BIOS support.

Hes correct theres no setting to raid in bios but can it still be done with XP or a raid controller card?

Software RAID is not recommended, but yes, with an additional RAID card, you could.
