how to sort program menu?

Hi, I have installed quite many programs in my xp box and its getting hard to locate them when I need to.

How can I sort them in an alphabetical order?

Right-click any program or group and choose "Sort by Name". You'll still have the groups above and the links under, but I don't think there is anything for that (that is also the case in Windows Explorer folders views).
