Windows Mail pictures

I have been doing business with a catalog site for a long time and get their promotional e-mails. I received one tonight and for the first time none of the pictures showed up. It's all boxes with the red X in them. I haven't changed anything that I'm aware of. Does anyone know why this might be happening all of a sudden when I've never had any problems before?
