nLite and OEM windows server 2003

Should the nLite program be able to recognise my OEM disk. So far I keep getting the error the i386 folder is not present and that I can not use a local file system when I'm actually trying to copy straight from the CD in the drive.

Has anyone else used nLite and an OEM disk or more specifically an OEM windows 2003 server R2 disk.
