How to add programs to cd

Hey i just read the guide and it showed hoe to add the drivers but not programs. can someone tell me how i would go about adding those.

i would like to integrate:

firefox

winamp

winrar

office - word, exel and powerpoint only

antivirus program

alcohol 120

You must transform the programs and integrate them as add-ons. The 1st forum is about that.
