file and printersharing

I'm looking for a script (and preferable also the source code) that disables file and printersharing AND client for microsoft on the computer on all the nics of the computer. (needs to be implemented in a startupscript)

or explain me how I can write this myself.

why not just disable the server service that will take care of file and print sharing. That can be done via GPO.
