Looking for a Secure Memory Stick

Hi

I am looking for a secure memory stick that does not require software to be installed on a computer. This would be for a large organisation.

I have had a look at the NETAC secure products, which use an application that runs off the memory stick itself to secure the entire memory stick. These sound good, but if a user where to forget the password, they will never be able to use the device again without sending the device to china and get the manufacturers to use their reset utility to erase it. This utility is not available outside the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology (Seems to be where netac live).

Can anyone recommend a better brand of secure memory stick that can either be centrally managed or that just doesn't require installation of software on a computer?

I would forget about extra software.

Different brands have build in access protection. Unless a person is losing or heavily burning a finger the SanDisk Cruzer® Profile USB Flash Drive would be good option; No password needed just a finger print .
