Unattended Installation using USB

I have a big problem, my laptop just crushed and my cd-rom has malfunction. I want to reinstall Windows XP sp2 again. I know this possible using an unattended installation using usb but i don't know how to do it. Can someone help me or direct me to someone who knows.
