Question regarding hot fixes and adding more later ?

I have an nlite with updates up to July 07, now is it possible to add the latest hot fixes ?

I attempted to add 6 more hot fixes to my installation and failed, I get a message which says windows setup is continuing to install, but right away it wil restart and just keep doing that.

If I try to add a hotfix I already have will nlite give me some sort of notice ?

Is there any updates I should stay away from ??
