nLite -- removes files from windows?

I modified two ISOs with nLite and when they were done, it left like some ini or inf (forgot which) files in the ISO. I removed them, because I wanted everything to be stock and vanilla (just slipstreaming a service pack). Before I deleted them though, I looked at them. In one of them, there was a section called [RemovedFiles] or something like that, and then it listed 3 files, yahoo.bmp, clock.avi and one other .bmp that I can't remember.

What are those files and why were they removed?

They're completely and utterly useless (hence why they are removed by default).

Is there any way I can stop them from being removed? I don't want the copy of windows modified AT ALL, I just want to slipstream a service pack and have the CD the same as if it were bought from the store with the service pack already installed.

I doubt it. What I don't like is that it doesn't tell you what's going on. You can just slipstream manually, though.
