Restore open folders

Anyone know the tweak for restoring open folders at login for Vista? I've been checking around here but can't find a thing!

programmers use the word 'persistent' for something that is nonvolatile, that is kept. Therefore the registry key is called PersistBrowsers, short for persistant folders, because you want the folders to stay for a long time, rather than be volatile.
