NanaB Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 I have installed EasyShare on my computer and when I open it to register, I get an error message that it has stopped working due to a Vista problem. When I trouble shoot the problem, a solution is found that I need to download KB938194. I do that & then I get a message that the update does not apply to my system.Does anyone have a solution?
puntoMX Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 The software you have now only works for XP, you could try to download a newer version of your software that should work with VISTA.
