How to open a .bin file?

Featured Replies

I have this project that I am working on, and the only type of image file I can download is a .bin file. I have searched the entire internet for a program that will allow me to view the contents of this file, but I have been most unsuccessful. Does anyone know how I can view and unpack the contents of a .bin file? Thanks.

a .bin file comes together with a .cue file. you can either open them with Nero or you can open them with DaemonTools (not sure of MagicIso works for this) and run it :)

Actually it's not true that all .bin files come with .cue files. I have some on my hard drive that don't. They open fine using Virtual Clone Drive, which is free.

I believe UltraISO and maybe WinRAR can open them, but neither are free.
