Script error cant install game

I cant install Fear extraction point. I get the following error.

Ie script error. An error has ocurred in the script of this page.

Error: Class not registed.

Code:0

And there is no setup file so cant install it that way. I tried to re install ie but it said there was that version already. How ever ie is not installed.

Does anyone know a work around. I dont really want to do another nlite to include IE.
