utomatically enter the username and password

Dear all

I have software connect through a network on server (ftp).

While run the s\w it asks me to enter username and password. Is there anyway to automatically enter the username and password when I click on the desktop icon for example by batch file or from registry.

for example I want apply the above description on these information.

server : 10.10.10.10

path: D:\Program Files\Computershare\TWSAD49

username : ABC

password : 123

In regards to your problem it depends upon the application. Sometimes you can pipe the information to it via a command prompt, or you could maybe create a autoit script to launch the app and enter the data.

Not only were possible methods suggested, but you were also told that the solution may be application dependant. Since you have failed to supply further information or the application name, I fail to understand how you can expect much more in the way of help!.

Oh and by the way, do not bump posts after less than half a day and on a weekend too!
