New Command Lines not running

Anything I add in the new commands lines doesn't actually run. I am also unable to use the folder browse option for those lines. I have attached my config.js for review.

For a specific example of what I am trying to run that stops after the original commands, look for Sys-Backup.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks Zorphnog. I had already done the first link to fix the duplicating issue and the second link fixed my browse issue but it is still not executing anything in lines 7-10. Main example, most of the commands in the Sys-Backup install are copy commands. The first 6 Execute fine, I get the block dialog box for each of the copy command but after six I get nothing.

I got it fixed and am releasing v6.2 right now
