file protection still popups and nlite doesnt start

i applied max connection patch, mouse rate patch and theme patch. windows file protection is enabled and now when i install new hardware i get the windows file protection popup.

also strange is that nlite doesnt start on my nlited xp.

translated from german: nlite.exe [the application coulnt be initialized (0xc0000135) click ok bla bla]

all other programs (around 50) work without any errors.

only nlite !

really stupid. now i have to reinstall normal windows to use nlite again. what exactly does nlite use from windows to run ?
