Error playing music

hello i installed win vista by using vlite

but i wantto play a music file in realplayer and after a few songs i get

the exception unknown software exception ( 0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x75d63843

i think its the codecs

can i put it back in windows withouth reinstalling?

i even cant open WMP

you can try downloading a Codec Pakcage like "K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" (use google)
