Presets not 100% same as what i did before

when i did all settings and created the cd at the end it saves the settings. now when i load this file only 50-75% of the stuff i did before is recognized. my question is now why is it like this ? what is the sin of a preset system if it doesnt take 100% of the settings.

it really sucks cause everytime i can do all settings again and again and again ... instead of beeing able to trust the preset system.

used nlite 1.4 beta on windows xp sp2 all patches with a xp professional setup cd (sp2) with german nlite layout.
