Such that.. if I followed this to make a bootable CD (even though its instructions to create a multiboot DVD):

Would it work for a cd?

Hi.

Originally, it is used as Multiboot CD.

But, when people thought about putting more stuffs then CD can give, they decided to use DVD, so that they can put lots of stuffs that more than 1GB.

So, if you want to put stuffs less then 1GB, you can use CD for it.

Thanks, well in that case, the section of that artical that says to use the folders:

DVD\

DVD\BOOT\

DVD\BOOT\TOOLS\

DVD\SETUP\XP\Professional

Does it really matter that the folders are labeled "DVD" and not say "CD" (as I'll be making a multiboot CD)?

(I imagine any name would work.. as long as they were all the same, no?)

No, it doesn't matter. As long as the naming is consistent, you should be fine.
