Well then reinstall with the filter manager kept. If that install failed there is nothing we can do.

I tested that method and it works but who knows what else was there, maybe some hotfix, or even IE has changed some crucial files and it's version hell.

sorted the problem now, just reinstalled my xp, you should add a compatibility option to keep the filters for vLite. But im getting another problem which ive posted in the nLite section with windows firewall
