always the same error...

Hey guys, i always get the same error and i dont know why.

i wanted to create a x86 ultimate and a x64 ultimate, too, but always when the stuff gets prepared i recieve the following error (sry for the german content...):

i dont know what i can do, it always stops with that message, looks like it's not depending on that features/tweaks i select.

Im Using vlite v1.0 final with Vista Ultimate x64 and the following presets (sry for german again :D):

Just sharing my experience, ionno if it will help, sometimes when programs are trying to access large files they can't because they are currently being scanned by anti-virus engine (some kind of file lock?)... I don't even know if it's that, but might be interesting to verify.
