Tripredacus Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 On a couple of different Vista installs (both in Factory and after sysprep) we have encountered times when the Control Panel won't open, or will CTD less than a second after opening. We can still get to the Control Panel by going through My Computer. This behaviour seems to occur quite often. Anyone know what causes it or have experienced it before?
