windows 2000 bootscreen

I have been messing with this a long time and no luck. When I make a bootscreen for windows 2000 and then convert it to 16 colors it looks blotchy and discolored. I will put the one I made on here if someone wants to fix it or even make another one.

use a decent image editor no really windows paint isn't one....
