johndoe74 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 (edited) hi, there were a couple of SFU (Microsoft Windows Services for UNIX) hotfixes floating around and obviously they're intended for the server versions (Win2K and Win2K3) but does/would HFSLIP support their integration/slipstreaming ?I ask because their naming convention is slightly different from regular Win2K or XPSP2 hotfixes:SFU35-KB902074-X86-ENU.exeSFU35-KB921207-X86-ENU.exe Edited July 23, 2007 by johndoe74
Tomcat76 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 Not really different, but they would be treated as Type 2 hotfixes. I'll need to check how they are composed on the inside to see if it's worthwhile having HFSLIP treat them as Type 1 hotfixes.
Tomcat76 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 They aren't supported. I don't know where the files that are updated are located in the source.
johndoe74 Posted July 23, 2007 Author Posted July 23, 2007 alright no problem, it's not a life and death thing thanks for checking anyways!
