disable highlights

i have a question

can someone tell me how to disable this kind of highlight in windows XP

is there an option somewhere ? or a reg fix ?

Download Tweak UI.

Under General, expand the treeview to show Focus. Click Focus and you should be able to alter the setting for taskbar flashing.
