Internet Options via IE7

When ever i go to tools > internet options it says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect onthis computer. Please contact you system administrator".

But... when i try and access it any other way i.e. Control panel, it works fine :/

Fresh install so nothing on it except office 2003 and net framework 3, not spyware, etc.. on it

You probably chose to disable InternetOptions in IE (thru nLite regtweaks) or you applied it thru gpedit.msc

nope hardly did any tweaks n havent touched gpedit onthis install

Doesn't matter fixed it, just added some registry settings
