akinzler
Problems are reduced with 1.4 beta, however I still get WFP alerts, for example with IntelChipsetInfUpdate-8.3.0.1013.Second problem is with KB935448. update.microsoft.com still wants to install that, so I assume it is not effectively applied.Andreas Edited July 12, 2007 by akinzler

dsdsdk
Same here problem here..I took all the critical hotfixes from autopatcher 2007 May "core", and IE7+WMP11. No tweaks or component removal. When I install Realtek 1.72a driver I get WFP error.I've also noticed that Nero and MSN messenger wont install. They just exit when the installer opens..Is all this due to IE7? or..

dsdsdk
thx mate.. I might use it, but i prefer nlite, since it integrates "directly"...
Sancho
You should only take the patches your OS needs. Not good to smash and grab every file just because it's there.
dsdsdk
well I needed all the critical hotfixes..I tried RyanVM, since it also replaces files directly. I used the integrator for the updatepack. Now can I safely use nlite for component removal and tweaking? Oh, and does anyone know what causes nlite to make the wfp popup..
