I can't find any network related component which seems logical for NPPTools.dll. Or maybe this is a nonintentional removal (bug)???
July 9, 200719 yr I don't see that file in Vista.Either see if Application Experience removal caused that (it has compatibility stuff in it) or simply that program is expecting XP dll...ask them about the error.
