First of all I want sorry 4 my english

My Q3 game not loading I only see blue window (about 1 second) http://img484.imageshack.us/my.php?image=q3problemcf4.jpg

Others game working fine (quake4, doom3).

My sys: win2k3 sp2, directX 9c, tested drivers GeForce 93.71 and 94.24

I try some things, but with no results:

-remove q3config.cfg file from baseq3 dir, (q3 not create new file q3config.cfg).

-reinstall game.

-replace game to another partition.

Please help me run my fav game

Did you run q3 on win2k3 sp2 before?

quake 3 is opengl

quake 4 and doom 3 are directx games

try deleting your config file for quake3 (back it up first)

I got it! The problem was Data Execution Prevention (DEP). I dont now why DEP block my quake3 game. I scan my HD with NOD32 and Spybot - Search & Destroy - no viruses found.

I turn off DEP and now I can play q3 without problems!

One question: how to turn off DEP in nLite it is possible?
