Tall start menu

I'm in the process of finalizing my install, I use a resolution of 1280x1024 and at one point my start menu would go to the top of my screen which I prefer. Such a thing doesn't seem to exist under start menu tweaks. I can't figure out what I did to enable this, I hope someone knows. I also have my commonly used apps set to 30. I've tried searching.

if you want to make ur start menu taller go to taskbar and start menu properties then customize and then under the number of programs on start increase that the bigger the number the taller the start menu

It's already as high as it can go on 30.
