I think it's time to open new topic about this!

Everybody who tested nlite 1.4 should post his results so Nuhi can be more informed about this.

Here are my results:

I integreted following things:

-Internet Explorer 7

-Windows Media Player 11

-VMAddonsDX9_1.4

-RVMUpdatePack2.1.11

-RVMAddonsWGAN_1.7.18.5a

-IE7-WindowsXP-KB933566

-IE7-KB929969-WindowsXP

-WindowsMedia11-KB929399-v2

-Some drivers...

(preset attached)

And after integration, I tested Windows in VMWare. When installation finished, I opened Event Manager, to see is there any errors and I found this error:

Windows Setup encountered non-fatal errors during installation.

Please check the setuperr.log found in your Windows directory for

more information.

When I opened setuper.log i found this:

Error:

Setup detected that the system file named [c:\windows\system32\sfcfiles.dll] is not signed properly

by Microsoft. This file could not be restored to the correct Microsoft version.

Use the SFC utility to verify the integrity of the file.

So, I think that problem with Windows File Protection still exist.

In this integration I did not removed any component, but I did also test with a lot of component's removed, and on Installation of Vmware tools Windows File protection pop-up's, although it didin't appeared in test I descibed above.

That's from me...

Cheers ;)

No that single file in the log isn't the issue, that's expected.

But integrations are to blame. Somewhere there is the mistake, especially in IE7.

OK Nuhi, I just wanted you to know this.

I hope you will manage to totaly fix pop-up's in next version.
