Be greatful for any help.

I recently had to rebuild my laptop and restore outlook. I did this by coping all my old pst files back over, this worked fine. Unfortunalty through my lack of knowledge I do not know how to restore my old email accounts so decided to re-create them.

The problem I am having is that when I now run send and recieve, it is downloading my emails from my pop3 server and doubling up on all the emails I have just restored?

How do I stop this happening.

COpy the old .ost files. These store everything in your inbox and subfolders.
