Any reason why one would still get the "root certificates update" in windowsupdate?

I've placed this root update ( renamed to rootsupd.exe ) inside HF cab as normal, but it seems it is not getting hfslipped.

Put it in HF, not HFCABS (it's an executable after all). Worked for me without any problems.
