Joairco
I am loading Small Business 2003 on a Dell computer that is about 1 year old. When I boot from the CD-Drive the program loads all the drivers as normal. When I get to the prompt to Install a fresh copy or repair I choose to install a fresh copy. The very next message is, "Windows cannot find a harddrive installed on your machine"......... and forces me to close.I was able to reload Windows XP without problem. This error message pops up with both Server 2000 and Small Business Server 2003.I have an SATA maxtor 80 gig hd for the software and two 500 gig hd's mirroed. I tried switching the 80 gig drive with one of the 500 gig drives and got the same response.Any thoughts?
