I am loading Small Business 2003 on a Dell computer that is about 1 year old. When I boot from the CD-Drive the program loads all the drivers as normal. When I get to the prompt to Install a fresh copy or repair I choose to install a fresh copy. The very next message is, "Windows cannot find a harddrive installed on your machine"......... and forces me to close. I was able to reload Windows XP without problem. This error message pops up with both Server 2000 and Small Business Server 2003. I have an SATA maxtor 80 gig hd for the software and two 500 gig hd's mirroed. I tried switching the 80 gig drive with one of the 500 gig drives and got the same response. Any thoughts?
