I'm having the same problem as hostein did. The compression of Browser.XPI takes so long I have to cancel the process. (My page file is set to system managed). I don't have 6 hours of patience as hostein did, but 30+ mins should be well more than enough. It only takes it a minute or so to get to browser.xpi and then just stays there. It shouldn't be taking that much longer than anything else. I've read the rest of this thread and my extensions, themes, prefs.js are all in the right places. The only thing I've otherwise customized is to set it to a silent install. Input?
