1-remove OOBE or check skip OOBE in unattended general tab 2-in unattended go to users tab then add your account and make it active and at password options check "blank password" 3-uncheck active option from administrator account 4-at autologon select your account "be sure to keep "oem preinstall" enabled on general tab "all goes well, but at one point I am prompted to enter Name/Workgroup" >>unplug network cable during xp installation

and finally we found the problem of course select non for autologon

i meant :don't use active administrator if u add your account and to make only your account active but if u didn't add any accounts u must keep admin account active and for OOBE just do what i told u before in in my first post and every thing will be fine

addons integrate in the same way of ms hotfixes

no u don't need them, > but do u use unattended ? if u do then: disable "active" option from administrator account in users tab

I think u removed "out of box experience(OOBE)" and/or "internet explorer core" from "operating system options" in components > use nlite again and in components hit "Compatibility" and select "windows activation and sysprep"

1- blestgrowl i think that u will not be able to setup xp from hard disk because you remove manual install and upgrade when you used nlite so you should use nlite again on a fresh non tweaked xp source then try to not remove "manual install and upgrade" from operating system options 2- another way u can copy this files below to your already nlited xp from the original source:"I'm not sure of that and if it works u will not be able to upgrade win98 you can just do new installation & u will get pop-up that tell u that" -copy SETUP.EXE to your nlited xp -copy WINNT32.EXE , WINNT32A.DLL , WINNT32U.DLL , WINNTBBA.DLL , WINNTBBU.DLL from source i386 folder to nlited xp i386 folder

yes nuhi it is sure i try many things to solve this problem and it didn't work , i try aviv advice and waw it works fine now ,so please nuhi put warning in the description of task scheduler that if you remove it you will lose alt+shift function to change the input language . "but nuhi :I think that we can remove task scheduler with retain some of its parts that are responsible for that hot key, but what parts I don't know "

Go to drivers tab in vlite then hit insert then go to your driver directory "after extract all its zip contents" then you will find that vlite accept *.inf files only, just select it "it is AsAcpi.inf in your condition" and hit open then apply that is all and vlite will do the rest

look Gam3Ra vlite doesn't work with installed vista , it works with vista setup files for previous tweaks so browse to your vista dvd drive or whatever vista installation files is and hit OK and thats it. lol welcome you just joined today

thanks aviv00 i will try this when i reinstall new vista with task scheduler because i remove it from my current vista

after installing vista i lost the capability to use alt+shift hot keys to change the input language to arabic . and lost the language bar and it doesn't exist in toolbars to be able to add it. so anybody can help me to know the .dll that responsible for the language bar or any other ideas "i used vlite and remove all languages .i still able to use arabic but not through the alt+shift i went to languages in control panel and changed the hot keys to ctrl+1 for english and ctrl+2 for arabic but i used to use alt+shift so nobody tell me that i don't have a problem, to me i don't like to change the hot keys never " thank u all

try to boot from another boot cd if it works fine so the problem in your nlite win cd and u should try to burn it again in another cd , but if u try another boot cd and it doesn't work so the problem may be in the biose or u may try to install windows from hard drive through the DOS *:\"xp directory"\i386\winnt.exe /s:"i386" /u:"i386\winnt.sif"

nuhi is it possible to make integration of programs directly in nlite and make it possible to add programs with its silent switches without the need to make private addon for each one alone because i have many programs and it is annoying to make addon for each one thanks sorry for my English
