for me i found that if i modify system file before reduce and remove protection with nlite 0.96b my iso doesn'T work. But im not sure if it only this because i found some misterious issues with the drivers removal option. When your iso seam to stuck and your winnt.sif look ok, try to let's all the driver to see if it work and don't modify too file before used nlite, im not sure but the tool seem to don't really like that. I will try some other things to see what exactly doesn't pass with the manipulation. (to be sure, not just speculation )

i currently work to find the bug. I fix the bug but i want to know why this appear to many people. I think it's a problem relative to a manipulation with nlite.

you can easyly do this with a little VB apps. for example. Or if you want you can use RunOnceEX but ill have some issue with This one. For that time i thing i will program my own installation...

i have the same problems here, my installation stuck at t-33, can you help me ? and some time it stop at t-36..... im boring to rebuild and recheck, ram, iso, vmware... i don't undersantd....

Ok i made an iso with nlite 0.96b but my installation in vmware alwais hang on installation of peripheral (t-38). I tru to uninstal vmware, remake all my cd and the iso but he always stuck here.... Can you help me ? thx

Yep in fact ! I want to make a huge customized windows. For the time i'ts Called WiuxOS because i work to not just add software but integrate new things directly in the interface. repair some bad of XP and add some feature that linux have. In fact i don't have a lot of third party software in my OS. I want to improve WindowsXP my own way by coding amelioration and integrate them. And i'ts ok for the boot screen problems i'ts just because the microsoft limitation suck but now i can work with it.

well my picture is now great but im not sure i understand the things about palette for the loading bar... and do you know if they have a way to modify more things about the loading kernel file... thanks

Well, i read a lot of tutorial but WTF, it's buggy. I'll try with reshack and the color doesn't fit, ill' try with booteditor and the color doesn't match, some picture is not the one i've loaded. If i try to export my palette created with photoshop or psp it's juste put an all black palette in the software and this doesn't work... Well my question is it. My is the best, the simplest and the most effience way to create a boot file. THX

Ps : i know all about hacked uxtheme and splistream...etc.. my question is more about the installation of the msstyle files because windows XP doesn't have an install function (WTF...) and i want to integrate a personnal installation program and my environnement but i don't know mutch about .theme creation. I know that stylexp automtatically generated these files from an .msstyle make a link and settings..etc... but i want to know if someone have make the same type of things.... tanks !
