what OS are you running? it looks like Win2k. maybe even win98/Me Google "tweakUI" and download the version for your version of windows, and on the control panel tab, UNcheck the add/remove that does NOT work ( if both work then i guess that it does not matter) i would also check for viruses/spyware 2 add/remove programs cant be good hope that helps B)
