after installing KB932596 you can no longer DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS After another update you can no longer modify TCPIP.sys to allow more half-open connections. are the above statements still correct? is there a work-around? Either with vlite or even after OS installation?

no it finds it and it works.. its does say PEIMG completed operation successfully on the command prompt... just doesnt commit the changes afaik.

have tried 4 times .. failed all 4... its seems to be working fine but it seems that the settings are not committed.... any chance of a step by step walk through using vista-tools? I have WAIK installed and on clean source.
