Actually if you replace the motherboard, Microsoft sees it as a new computer, so they force you to buy a new key

I want to disable all of Xp's accessibility crap, but the accessibility control icon doesn't appear in the control panel, and the accessibility controls won't launch when I click settings on the dialog that shows when you tap shift five times.
