Ok, I just followed your instructions by the letter and it still doesn't work in win2k, I can't install the support tools. The error I'm getting is: Error 1334, the file 'kill.exe' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'support.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package. Any other ideas ? Thanks in advance Blizz

Hi, Every releases of hfslip I tried allways led to the same issue. When the support.cab file gets rebuilt by hfslip, We cannot install the application anymore, the os complains about missing files but the files are in fact there. I think the decompression library embedded in the .exe is too old tu successfuly extract the .cab file. Blizz

Yes it works with sp3 build 3244, it slipstreamed flawlessly and patches seems to work well (tcp/ip, themes, sfc), unattended, options and tweaks seems to work ok also. Only thing I didn't tried is to play with the hotfixes, drivers and components part. I didn't noticed any speed improvement since I did test it under a virtual machine. Hope it helps Blizz

Hello Guys, Since windows 2003 sp2 came out every nlited attempt resulted in messy icons for internet explorer and outlook express, even more there are missing menu items in the programs menu. All those errors came when I nlited a windows 2003 iso with the sp2 integrated. The only solution I could find is to nlite a win2k3 iso with sp1 and after the os install apply the sp2. I'm wondering why nobody had notified it before. Is it only me using win2k3 with sp2 or what ? Thanks in advance Blizz btw: this is happening with the versions 1.35 and up, even 1.4 final.

Hello guys, I'm wondering if someone, somewhere, can provide a list of every win2k updates, including high priority, all optional (and possibly not documented or not available to the average user) ones ? Sure it's nice to get an os patched with latest security updates but I want mine to have every updates released... even the smallest insignificant patch to get the most up to date os. For example I know that Gurgelmeyer's (hope I spell it correctly), SP5.1 contains over 400 patches and HFSLIP does provides ~100 patches so I'm wondering where are the ~300 missing ones ?
